Shipping

Free shipping applies to all starter kits and orders over C$149.00 excluding brew pots and only applies to shipping within Canada (all provinces and territories except Nunavut)

Domestic Shipping

We ship all of our products through Canada Post or local courier services in the Ottawa/Gatineau area. The customer is responsible for shipping fees on all products except starter kits (base kit and kits with add-ons) as well as all orders over $C150, in Canada.

You may select the method and speed of shipping at checkout. Shipping rates are estimated automatically. In certain rare circumstances, shipping charges may be much higher or lower than that which is quoted. In those circumstances, the customer will be contacted and informed of a refund or balance owing for shipping.

International Shipping

We ship to the U.S. and to other countries. The customer is responsible for all shipping, duties, customs, and applicable taxes. In certain rare circumstances, shipping charges may be much higher or lower than that which is quoted. In those circumstances, the customer will be contacted and informed of a refund or balance owing for shipping. 

Shipping Damage

If you find an item arrives broken or damaged, we will ship a replacement immediately upon notification. We may ask for a photo to assist with a Canada Post claim.
